WSAVA 2013 CONGRESS BUDGET
The Organising Committee with the assistance of VetLearn® and CINZ (Conventions and Incentives NZ) have prepared an estimated budget for the 2013 Congress.
As required by the WSAVA Congress SOP:
- Budget estimates are provided for 1500 / 2000 / 2500 attending delegates
- Sponsorship is budgeted at US$200,000 (NZD333,333)
- Complimentary provisions to WSAVA Executive Board members, sponsors and others are as defined in the Congress SOP
- There is one cost-inclusive social function (Welcome Function) as part of the Registration Fee
- A Gala Dinner is schedule
In addition these budgets, assume :
- 62 speakers delivering on average 4 papers each (higher profile speakers will be asked to present 5 papers each)
- Provision of high quality audio-visual support, including speaker preparation room and intranet to main conference rooms
